• Center for Reconciliation and Social Change (CRSC) Ministry & Church Partnership Agreement

CRSC functions as a faith based organization in the following areas of social reform, change and capacity building: Our programs serve to strengthen the less advantaged, families and youth. Our ultimate goal is to help develop or build the capacity of other Faith and Community Organizations that demonstrate the ability or desire to affect families, youth and their communities through a local ministry, church or community organization vision.

You understand that based on the information you supply in the organizations application we may screen; to include background and sex offender registry check of volunteers, as well as to checking organizations references.

Training
You agree to encourage participants to complete all necessary training, and agree to abide by the by-laws of this organization as an organization member, and to defend its purpose; As a Nonprofit, Faith Based or Community Outreach organization.

Reappointment
Organization memberships agree to re-certify prior to completion of the year two-year term, CRSC will send you a written confirmation of reappointment for your organization membership. Reappointment occurs only after completion of a satisfactory performance review. Organization member must accept or decline reappointment in writing.

We are not interested in you becoming “a center representative” but that your desire to continue to work with families; using our strengths to assist in building or improving your capacity and the situations for families we serve.

Fund Raising
You agree to help us do not less that one fund raiser a year; to equal, add up to not less than $800.00 a year

CRSC functions as a faith based organization in the following areas of social reform or change: Our service programs serve the less advantaged, families and youth. Our ultimate goal is to develop other Faith and Community Organizations with the capacity to affect families, youth and their communities through your local ministry, church or community organization vision; or our Leadership Development program to serve families and youth.

You understand that based on the information you supply on your application we will screen; to include background and sex offender registry check, as well as to checking your references.

Training
You agree to complete all necessary training, and agree to abide by the by-laws of this organization as a volunteer member, and to defend its purpose; As a Nonprofit, Faith Based or Community Outreach organization.

Volunteers agree to re-certify prior to completion of her/his year one-year term, CRSC will send you a written confirmation of reappointment to your volunteer position. Reappointment occurs only after completion of a satisfactory performance review. Volunteers must accept or decline reappointment in writing.
